By downloading, installing, or using the KeepSlip application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
KeepSlip reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
KeepSlip is a receipt aggregation application that allows users to store, organise, and manage their purchase receipts. The App supports receipt capture via camera scan and user-uploaded receipt files or photos. Where uploaded receipts include files such as PDF, PNG, JPEG, or similar formats, KeepSlip stores the original file so users can view the complete receipt document within the app.
KeepSlip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
You must create an account to use KeepSlip. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
KeepSlip processes receipt files and photos that you choose to scan or upload. The App extracts receipt data such as merchant name, date, category, line items, and total amount, and keeps the original uploaded file attached to your receipt record where supported.
You are responsible for ensuring that the receipts and files you upload are yours to store and process.
You agree not to use the App to:
— Upload or store fraudulent, forged, or altered receipts for the purpose of deception or financial gain.
— Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
— Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
— Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
All content, design, code, and trademarks within the App are the property of KeepSlip or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Receipt data you upload to the App remains your property. By using the App, you grant KeepSlip a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
KeepSlip does not warrant that the App will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Receipt data extracted via OCR or email parsing may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any extracted data before relying on it for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.
KeepSlip is not a registered tax agent or financial adviser. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepSlip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or missed tax deductions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to KeepSlip in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon deletion, your receipt data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
KeepSlip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
